Dominican Republic Rental Estimates Based on Current market Conditions
Each Sunsets resident / owner will, at their discretion, participate in a vacation or long-term rental program designed to deliver a maximum return on investment.
These programs will be residence/owner specific and will be managed by the same Dominican Republic based Property Management company contracted to provide Sunsets day to day Property Management services.
Estimated rental revenue potential based on current market conditions
Three (3) Bedroom Units - Sunset Caribbean Home
- Nightly rental rates between $125 to $175 USD.
- Weekly rental rates between $700 to $1000 USD.
- Monthly rental rates between $2,000 to $3,000.USD.
Four (4) Bedroom Units - Sunset Caribbean Home
- Nightly rental rates between $150 to $200 USD.
- Weekly rental rates between $900 to $1,200 USD.
- Monthly rental rates between $2,400 to $3,400 USD.
Estimates do not include sales commissions or additional services paid to real estate brokers or agents associated with residences being rented.
